How to get rid off your Man-boobs

I've got 3 quick questions:
1. Are you a guy over the age of 35 or you do know someone close to you who is?
2. Have you or he looked at your/his bare chest lately?
3. If so... did you see them?...The dreaded....

Manboobs"?
Obviously if you are female this is not an issue. But for us men, "gynaecomastia", often jokingly referred to as manboobs (we can thank "Seinfeld" for that) is anything but funny.
From this point on, I'll refer to it as "MB" if that's okay by you.
MB is not an age thing. It can occur at almost any time in life. However, for those of us over 35, it is more common.
This is just one of the many symptoms of "andropause", or "
male menopause."
When you age your testosterone levels decline...and more than that the testosterone gets "weaker" due to an imbalance between it and estrogen.

Gynecomastia is the rarer second reason for ending up with man boobs. You can confirm this by checking to see if your testosterone level is extremely low. If you suffer from a hormonal imbalance, see your doctor for appropriate course of action.
But if you're just overweight, you should take the following advice to get rid of your man boobs and shed weight faster than ever.
In order for you to lose your man boobs, a combination of healthy eating (ie proper diet), exercise, and visiting the Gym for some weight training.
Let's look at Dieting - It is always good to set appropriate portions for your meals. Planing your meals every week is the way to start. Don't forget to specify the quantity of food you're going to eat too. Remember, too much of anything is not good for you. Keep a record of the food that you eat every day. Starting is always difficult, but stick with it and it will soon become an easy habit.
Muscle Exercises- You'll be building muscles by doing weight training and resistance exercises. Muscles will burn away fats and reduce your man boobs. No pain No gain, as they say, but stick with it. They'll be tough at first, but they do get easier.
