To find a good or even the best diet for me was a really hard task. But in my long search for a suitable diet for me i found a very good site with free articles and recipes and a great diet program.

But let me first tell you what i have done before and how it worked out for me...

So at first i just tried all kind of things on my own. I did not buy any books or programs or anything. The first thing i tried was to just eat less and that was a big mistake. I was so hungry at night i could not even sleep and in the end i went to the kitchen in the middle of the night and ate so much until my stomach hurt. So that was a really rough approach to lose weight and i really hope wou will not try this kind of method to lose weight and if you have in the past then you know what i am talking about ;) Then what is the best Diet To Lose Weight without Pills or Surgery?

I searched the web for an answer to my problem. I wanted to find out what the best diet was to lose some weight and it had to be safe. It is really important that it is safe because your health should be your number one priority. And i know what i am talking about because i can share some sories about bad diet programs and weight loss scams that did not only NOT work but even made me feel sick.

What i found that has worked very well for me was to just cut out all the sugar andy by all i really mean all.... even bread. Read the ingredients of the food that you buy and you will be surprised how much sugar is in processed food. And sugar can not be processed by the body so it will be transformed into fat. Fruits have sugar BUT they also have the fiber which is very importent. So fruits are ok. And of course lots of vegetables and also fish is very good.

If you start out like that then thats a beginning but to really lose weight you should do a little exercise. Even if you just walk for half a hour a day or ride the bike. That is enough to burn the fat because you do more then what you probably do now so any kind of exercise will do. It is better to start small and then after time to build up.

All of the above helped me a lot but my real breakthrough came when i stumbled upon This Site because their Diet Program helped me so much and i lost a lot more weight. I could have never done that on my own.
