To reduce stress I urge you to take it easy and realize that you don't need to do everything for your wedding. Get family and friends to help and realize that everything will turn out fine.
I also recommend taking a few minutes each morning to do some meditation and just relax. It will be good for you.

High sodium foods
Anything with trans-fat
Refined flour
White rice
