Ever notice the viral impact of thoughts. In fact, one thought whether it's positive or negative will usually lead to another thought of a like quality. Believe it or not, this can impact the way you perceive yourself. It can influence your level of self confidence and motivation. It can even influence your actions, specifically with regards to weight loss.

For instance, do you ever wonder why with all the working out and dieting that you do you still aren't seeing results? Or why when you finally lose the weight, it comes right back? Well it's not really just about working out or dieting. It has more to do with your thoughts! Thoughts create reality and since you are the creator of your thoughts YOU create your reality.

Now I'm guessing that the reality that you want is a healthy, energetic, motivated and sexy you so let's explore how this can be attained. A good place to start is with positive thoughts. Yes, positive thoughts because that is where it all begins. Thoughts precede actions. So if you're in a positive-thinking state when you make a food choice that good-feeling thought will likely influence you to make the food choice that will have a positive impact on your health. On the other hand, the inverse will occur in a negative-thinking state. However, in a positive-thinking state you'll breed good feelings which in turn manifest the reality of your being slim as you continue to make more and more healthy food choices.

So start right now with the positive thought of seeing the slim you and add to it a little exercise. From there, at every given opportunity start to retrain your thoughts. Stop focusing on what you DON'T want and focus instead on what you DO want. You'll not only start to feel better, but you'll also start to look better. You'll think to yourself, "Hey, I don't look half bad." You'll think this every time you see yourself and in no time this will be your reality. When the negative thoughts creep in you'll let your feelings be your guide in signaling you of them and alerting you of the need to replace them with good-feeling thoughts. You'll start to believe that what you desire is not only attainable but a manifestation that is already unfolding.
