How do you define successful parenting?
A bird building its nest is probably one of the most beautiful moments in nature one can catch. Beginning at dawn these birds collect fallen feathers and twigs preparing to welcome the young fledglings into a world of comfort and security. And when the squealing birds crack open their shells and open their teeny beaks, the mother bird carefully drops a tiny worm into their open beaks. Parenting is a similar experience but an equally hard task, because it's a sudden leap into the unknown. A lifelong responsibility anticipated but which nature eventually thrusts at a time, from when everyday becomes a struggle to cater to this newfound bundle of joy that rests on us.
Parenting never was easy and always comes at a heavy price of sleepless nights, sleepless afternoons, and uncontrollable outbursts. Making mistakes is natural but learning from them makes wiser parents. Successful parenting is a journey where children are guided through life to the point where they can walk on their own set paths. In the course of becoming a good parent, there is a tremendous amount of counseling, understanding, insight and skill in handling the new born. It involves being a role model for them. Children can at times be very unfair and unreasonable in their behavior which makes it all the more difficult for parents to fulfill their role to the maximum. What is worse, is parenting in the loss of the other parent. Bringing up a child is a painful process, but is extremely impacting on the child making the child. A number of parents across the globe, struggle to bring up their children with lots of love and understanding against all the odds. This helps them strengthen the family bonds.

Express their love from time to time
