Even though you want to win her back, you are going to have to first deal with the reality that you and her are no longer a couple. You are going to have to work on making that something that you really are okay with. You don't have to like it or love it, you just have to learn to be comfortable with it. From there, what you are going to have to do is to learn to become a much more attractive man to your ex girlfriend.
One of the best things that you can do to win her back without coming on too strong is to maintain minimal contact with her for a while, and at the same time - working on making yourself into a better guy all around. Once you do that, then you can try to get in a little more time with her and once she sees this new and improved you, you are probably going to make her feel like she is becoming more and more attracted to you. As long as she feels that way, you don't have to come on too strong at all. You just have to slowly work your way back into her life.
