Confidence. You have probably heard it before about how important it is, and that you need to be able to approach women with confidence. Well, that does not do you any good if you can't muster up that confidence and make the move when you see a woman that you are attracted to. After all, just knowing that you need to have confidence is NOT going to suddenly make you have a flood of women coming into your life.

To gain confidence with women, some guys need to be able to work their way up to it. And that is not a bad thing. If you have a hard time approaching women, then it can be a shock to just suddenly start walking up to women like nothing.

Here are some tips to approach women with confidence:

1. It starts in your mind.

Just being able to make a paradigm shift in your mind is the basic foundation for being able to gain that confidence that you need. So, how to you make that paradigm shift? You have to give yourself a little "pep" talk and not let yourself beat yourself up and make it seem like you just do not have what it takes to attract a woman. You need to be your best friend, not your worst ally in this case.

2. Be aware that most women are not going to be rude unless you are.

Some guys that have little experience with approaching women kind of have it built up in their mind that she will be quick to reject you and be rude if you start talking to her. Well, some may be like that, but not all. In fact. most women are not going to be rude unless you are and you come up with some obvious line and make her feel like all you are trying to do is to "pick" her up.

3. Build on the little successes.

If you get a little bit of play from a woman, then feel GOOD about it. Don't knock yourself down because you did not get her number. If you made her smile, if you made her laugh, then that is a good start. Pat yourself on the back. Sure, you want to get more than just a laugh and a smile, but you need to feel GOOD about it. Otherwise, you will lose any confidence that you have gained.
