This usually causes your body to hold on to all the fat you have because it thinks you're starving to death.

There's a much better way to do things. It's possible to lose weight while eating food that tastes good and never feel like you're starving. The trick is knowing what to eat, and what portion sizes to eat it in.

Portion sizes are pretty easy. You should never eat until you have that "full" feeling. Instead, you should eat until you are satisfied, which means you're neither hungry nor full. This is the perfect amount of food for your body and will keep it burning fat efficiently.

The next part is a little trickier. Eating healthy is extremely hard in our day, especially due to the high costs of organic food. The more you stick to natural, whole foods like meat, veggies, and fruits, the better off your body will be and the easier you'll lose weight.

Eating processed food is the real killer. All those chemicals from the processing gets in your body and makes it very hard to burn fat.
