? Does it work as advertised? And if it does which exercises work best? I'll bet if you are like me you've probably asked these questions more than once right? I've tried just about every PE method under the sun (and even some I think I may have made up myself..:-) and found most of them to be total scams at worst.....and only marginally helpful at best.
