Hey you just lost lost weight so reward yourself. You worked hard for it and after all its just this once. It can't really hurt anything right?

Often times we try to justify our actions to feel better about the decision. This line of reasoning is just a way for us to compromise with our inner resistance. Remember that you set these weight loss goals for a reasons, and by giving in just this once makes it a lot easier to give in again and again.
# 2) Drink a lot of soda and beer
There are so many sugary drinks out there to choose from and so many delicious beers. Don't worry about the calories in them after all they are just drinks and why count your drinks?

Learn to become conscious about not only the foods that you eat but also about what you drink. You would be surprised how many extra unnecessary calories are in drinks.
# 3) Skip meals
Skip as many meals as possible especially breakfast because after all your trying to reduce calories.

Be sure to eat regular meals with complete nutrition. And whatever you do don't ever skip breakfast. Your body's metabolism slows down when it hasn't eaten so skipping meals can actually cause you to gain weight.
# 4) Don't exercise
Exercising is not fun and you might get injured. So just don't it. In fact try to be as lazy as possible and come with every excuse why you don't want to or can't exercise. Make some really elaborate excuses too.

Learn to enjoy exercise and avoid injury by either working out with a buddy or getting a personal trainer and joining a gym.
# 5) Give up
When ever it gets hard to stay on track just give up. It's always a lot easier when you just give up. And don't forget to make it very dramatic and be sure to go on a binge when you quit.

Remember that when it gets hard, chances are you are on the right track. Keep it up you are almost there. With the right amount of dedication and determination anything is possible. Just by having a positive winning attitude, your body will burn more fat.
