Yeah! I went down a pound...even though I had a sugar cookie breakdown last night (don't ask). When I weighed myself this morning I was at 161 lbs. So I'm losing again...and that's so good!
I cannot wait to see my final weight loss total. I hope I continue to stay around the one pound per day average weight loss. Not that I'd protest if I started losing more like 2 pounds per day. That would be utterly fabulous!
My Prescription HCG diet buddy, Lisa, is bugged because she's only lost a few pounds.
I told her I think it's because she doesn't drink enough water. She's gotten attached to herbal tea (she's always loved hot drinks). But I never see her drinking any water. She decided that she's going to fill a pitcher with water in the morning and use it to keep track. That way it will be easy for her to see how much she's drinking throughout the day. Whatever is left in the pitcher at the end of the day is what she should have already had to drink.
I'm thinking about increasing my water amount, too. I decided it could help. The last few days I've seen a slow down in weight loss. I took my B-Total Sublingual first thing in the morning. I tried Red Zinger herbal tea again in the morning. It was alright. I wish I could love it, but I don't. If I could put honey in it I'd like it much more, but that's wishful thinking.
For lunch I had the last of my Turkey and Tomato Soup leftovers with Melba Toast. And I had apples sliced with lemon squeezed on top as my fruit. I took some meat out of the freezer to defrost for dinner.
For dinner I grilled chicken with Creole seasoning. It was even yummier since I had defrosted the meat first. I'll have to remember to plan ahead enough so that I don't cook my meals with frozen or partially frozen meat. I had more steamed cabbage and Melba Toasts along with the chicken.
Lisa called and said that she didn't come even close to finishing the pitcher of water she filled this morning. So that must be the problem. She's not getting enough water. She's going to try guzzling all of it in the next hour before bedtime. I wasn't sure that was the best idea. But she insisted so we'll see how that goes.
Either way we're supposed to both try to have more water tomorrow. I think the water bottle idea is working well. I keep water bottles in my car, in my purse, in my bedroom...everywhere. So I always have water no matter where I am.
