Beans on wholemeal toast

Wholegrain pasta salad

Nuts and seeds

Fruit Salad

Dinner:

Wholegrain pasta or rice with a sauce of your choice

Vegetable stir fry

Bean or vegetable Enchiladas (use wholemeal tortillas)

Vegetable chilli with kidney beans
