First, any other forms of drink: soda, tea, juice, coffee and alcoholic beverages should not be considered as substitutes for water consumption. These other beverages contain sugar and other processed ingredients that, in reality, are harmful to the body when consumed in large amounts.

The second thought concerns those liquid "water-only" diet programs. Steer clear of these type of weight loss plans as in actuality they can be quite harmful to your overall health and well-being. Consuming vasts amounts of water only, instead of additionally eating from proper food sources robs humans from receiving natural vitamins, minerals, protein and other micro-nutrients crucial for allowing the body to function at its proper life-sustaining level.

4. The diet program should also emphasize the importance of proper physical exercise.
