No matter what, trying to handle and process a break up is always going to be somewhat hard to do

, especially when that break up just happens to be fresh and new. If you are dealing with a break up with your girlfriend and you feel like you want to get an idea of what you are going to have to be dealing with, pay close attention. When you understand the things that may end up getting in the way of you being able to get over your ex girlfriend, it may make things a little bit easier for you to deal with. Just know that as hard as it may seem to be right now, it can and does get a lot easier when you are able to handle this situation in a healthy way.

1) You feel like you are unattractive to women.

Getting rejected by a woman you have been dating can deal a serious blow to your self esteem. It can make you feel as though you are suddenly unattractive to women. Of course, that does not really make too much sense when you think about it. Just because one woman decides that she doesn't want to be in a relationship with you, it doesn't mean that all women are going to feel that way. You have to realize that you are just feeling this way because of one woman, not because of all women.

2) You feel like you just can't do the relationship thing.

This is another common train of thought that you are probably going to have to deal with. Sometimes finding out that the woman you have been dating does not want to be in a relationship with you anymore makes you feel as though you just can't do relationships in general. What you have to realize is that you don't always end up clicking with a woman you have been with, but that does not mean that you won't be able to find another woman you can click with and that will make having a long term relationship seem possible.

3) You are afraid to approach new women.

Another common affliction that men deal with right after breaking up with a woman is that they feel like they can't approach new women. That can make you feel like there is no hope in meeting someone else, and that can be a depressing thought. You have to realize that as long as you do get back out there and face whatever is holding you back from making the approach - you should be able to do just fine when it comes to meeting new women. You just have to find a way to get your confidence back.

4) You are still hung up on her and you want her back in your life.

This is a really common way for a guy to feel when he is still attracted to his ex girlfriend. Sometimes it can be a good thing if you are able to find a way to patch things up with her. Sometimes it can be a bad thing, like when you find out that she is with another guy now and you just want to win her back. If this is the way that you end up feeling, then you need to decide what you are going to do. Are you going to work on winning her back or are you going to try and find a way to move on?
