The European debt crisis is once again making news

Spain is also stepping into the spotlight as they are expected to request a bailout from the European Central Bank. The European Central bank knows that it will need to provide assistance to Spain but will have to negotiate the terms and get Spain to agree to the conditions of the bailout.
