If you find yourself in a situation where your girl is breaking up with you, the first thing to remember is be cool.
Most men, when faced with a break up situation does either two things. They either show begging or pleading or they get angry. Both approaches are wrong. It will push your girl further away from you rather than attract her.
What most men rarely do is to be cool with it, to accept the break up and show confidence in themselves.
There's a psychology behind this. You see everybody wants to be desired. Whether the feeling is mutual or not, your girl expects you, even wants you to still want her even if she's broken up with you. It's a little irrational and one-sided but that's how most people think.
The moment she realizes that you could care less about her or the relationship, the table starts to turn. She'll start coming towards you. In hopes of enticing you to have that desire for her again. It's subconscious but it works.
We are selfish beings. We want to be wanted but wouldn't care much to return the favor, but when we see that our personal power over others is beginning to dwindle, subconsciously, we try to get it back.
Once you've shown her who's the boss, then you could think of whether you want to get her back or not.
If you've decided to get your ex back then listen carefully.
Plan it as soon as possible, your ex is not going to be around forever...They will eventually going to find somebody else and they are going to hook up with them...They are going to fall in love, they are going to have sex...so on and so forth...
