Crystal is a kind of specialness gemstone, and it could be divided into several different
types depend on the variety colors, such as rock crystal, citrine, amethyst, etc.
Rock crystal: It is a colorless and transparent crystal. Rock crystal mainly depends on its purity, transparency, and the more transparent, the better effect. This kind of crystal is most famous produced in Brazil, Madagascar, Alps and the Hainan island of China.
Citrine: As this crystal contains iron element, the color could change from light yellow to wine yellow. The color of citrine is deeper and glamorous than tea-colored crystal. It likes topaz which more expensive than the yellow crystal. However, citrine is often confused as topaz and a valuable species in the crystal variety. Brazil produces more famous citrine.
Amethyst: Due to the crystal contains manganese, it colors mostly present purple. Amethyst is treated as the top grade crystal for the well color and transparency. It relatively has large output, so this crystal seems widely use and more valuable. It is said that Amethyst could sober people up and lift people's fatigue. Amethyst shows extremely elegant and beautiful when make jewelry.
Smoky Crystal and Morion: As this kind of crystal contains organic carbon, smoky crystal's color could change from light to deep, while, the color of morion is approximate black. The organic carbon presents black, the less contents, the crystal will be smoky colored; the heavy content will present black color. Therefore, they are the idea material to make glasses which enable to avoid the strong sunlight stimulus.
Water Drop Quartz: It also known as rainbow crystal for containing water in its body. Water will reflect when meet the light, and presenting a beautiful magical rainbow effect. Among all kinds of shapes, the ball-shaped crystal will be more beautiful.
There are still many other kinds of crystal, and the color also includes blue, green, red and so on. But no matter which crystal you choose, and the following points should pay more attention: Clarity (it will lose the character of crystal if it has bad clarity), Color (the more glamorous one is better), Size and Crackle (it is common to see crackles in crystal for the crisp character. But the important thing is whether the crackles could influent its beauty).
