Fiber foods supply a lot of vitamins, minerals and fiber to your system.

You should never think of crash dieting or starving to lose weight. These are foolish steps and they will not yield results after some time. Crash dieting and starving will result in nutritional imbalance. After some time, you will never be able to see any results. Your metabolism also becomes erratic due to crash dieting and starving.

You should also never plan to skip your breakfast if you really want to lose your weight. Breakfast should supply minimum one-third of the energy and nutrition required by your body during the day. Denying your body of this, you will over-eat during your next meal, thus creating a danger of adding weight to your body. So you should split your three large meals into six small meals so that your body metabolism improves and you will be able to burn more calories, resulting in weight loss.
