A Simple Way To Achieve An Inflammation Free Diet

How can we achieve an inflammation free diet when so much of what eat actually causes inflammation

? There is a lot of talk these days of how whole body inflammation is the root cause of the major diseases. Cancer, Heart disease, diabetes, MS.

Knowing this It only makes sense that we consider ways to achieve an inflammation free diet.

There are two things you need to do. One reduce the amount of inflammation causing foods you eat and two add an inflammation reducing supplement to your diet.

Let's look at the general groups of foods responsible for whole body inflammation. The most common are:

Organ meats -- liver, kidney etc. (these should never be eaten) - toxins concentrate in the organs

Hydrogenated oils -- any oil with added hydrogen is a cause of inflammation

Deep fried foods -- especially french fries

Foods -- like hot dogs -- too much salt, too much sugar, too much nitrate

Stay away from the "super processed" foods. Fried foods with extra salt, added sugar and preservatives. Lowering the quantity of those you consume and increasing the amount of fresh whole foods like fruits and vegetables is a good start. You'll find fresh whole foods are quite tasty without all that extra salt and added sugar.

It is a mistake to drastically change everything you do and the way you do it overnight. That is a recipe for failure. To be effective change must be permanent. It needs to be something you can stick to.

The easiest and simplest change (you can stick to) is by adding an omega 3 fish oil supplement to your diet.

Now that research has proven the health benefits of fish oil. It improves:

brain function

heart health

dealing with anxiety and depression

As well it is proven to reduce whole body inflammation. An inflammation free diet needs a component of omega 3 fish oil as part of it. Taking fish oil is important, but making sure it is of the highest quality is just as important.

Your fish oil should come from fish taken from low pollution pristine areas of the ocean. Made from the skin and flesh of the fish not the internal organs (Remember what we said earlier about staying away from organ meats). It must be purified using -- the most reliable technique--"Molecular distillation."

Once you have assured yourself of the quality of the fish oil, and you begin taking it. You are well on your way to achieving an inflammation free diet.
