Never just stop eating as doing this only hurts the workings of your body. You need to feed it every day and when you stop your body reacts. To lose this weight right you should see your doctor or health care provider and ask them if they might be able to help with putting you on a diet. Here might be a few things they will say to cut out. Your intake of breads, your sodas and of course all of the sugary candy.
If you drink a lot of soda it might be wise to go to those diet sodas. If you like some the taste of any diet drink you really do not like then go to drinking just water or unsweetened tea. If you happen to be one that drinks a lot of coffee and you put a lot of sugar in it then you might want to put in a sugar substitute or try drinking it black. These are a few ways you can try to start losing this weight on your own. If this does not help you lose the weight fast enough then it is very important to try getting exercise also.
With any weight lose program for it to work at all you will need to do some kind of exercise. With just starting this you will need to start out slow and increase the time you do this over time. You do not want to start out full gun as you will overdo this and might do more damage then good. Starting out slow you will be able to stay with the program a lot longer and you might find that you really like doing it. Even after you have achieved your goal in getting to the weight you want it is important to remember to stay with doing this exercise each day so the weight does not return.
