7 Tips In Improving Customer Relationship For Your Business

Improving customer relationship is going to customers rather than waiting for them

to come to you after a sale is completed and you have got the payment.

He or she expects hands-on help and service and you enhance your business prospects more by providing more than was expected from you. But you can always ratchet up your services if you follow the easy and simple steps and carry them out on a regular basis.

1.Reach out as much as you can to your customer. It could be a greeting for a birthday or an event. Use emails, flyers, brochures and newsletters to show that you care and are concerned about the product and services that you had sold to them. It should be part of your marketing tactic to customers that could turn them into potential lifers for your company.

2.Every customer remembers good treatment from the staff of a company from where they brought their products and services. You should train your staff to be always on their toes while servicing customers. It can make a world of difference to your business. You should treat them well and be loyal which would encourage them to be loyal to your customers.

3.Keep providing incentives for your customers. The more incentives they get the more eager they are to buy once again from the same company or store. If you find some regular long term customers ordering the same stuff, throw in a discount for every ten or fifteen purchases they make or if possible, allow them to have it for free.

4.While selling or sending over a consignment, deliver what you actually promised in the first instance. Once the customer knows that you don't deliver what you say you would, it is unlikely that he or she would get back to you. Think about profits later as long term customers and repeat orders would automatically take care of profits.

5.Try to know more about your customers. It helps in gauging their preferences and knowing more about their requirements beforehand. Anticipating demand is the key to improving customer relationship. Before they offer you a suggestion you should pamper them with their cherished desires. They should be able to get what they want upfront. Know their names, their birthdays and other interests that you can cater to as an added feature with your product.

6.Customer service should be top drawer and always available whenever they need them. Many businesses, both online and offline offer round the clock customer service and offer unlimited access to toll free numbers that customers can always contact and get their problems resolved.

7.People like offers and promos on a continuous basis and you could bring in some lucky draws and prizes to get the customers more interested. They would keep tracking your company and would always be on the lookout to grab every opportunity that comes their way.
