3)"I want you to know how much I love you." Take note that he married you because he wants to spend the rest of his life with you. He might have turned his head around for some attractive girl probably because she looks tempting and exciting, but sooner or later he will look at you again. Men are not that confident in saying "I love you." Their inability to express their affection by words can be irritating to most wives, but the truth is they love their wives dearly.
4)He can't stand living in lies. The fact that he is not telling you this affair might have spawned from the idea that he is already knee-high with the idea of embarrassment or impending threats if ever he has to decide leaving the other woman. The lies he has been telling might not even convince him in the first place but to save you from the shame of infidelity, he continued hiding the bones in his closet.
5)"Don't blame yourself. It's my fault." Men share the emotional burden of infidelity.
