2. Eat smart. Whether you are dieting or not, you need eat smart. Take the time the next time you eat to look at your food, notice it, smell it and taste it. Stay away from junk foods and eat more vegetables and fruits.
3. Boost your Metabolism. Losing weight has a strong relation with your metabolism. Eat small frequent meals, eat hard to digest foods like protein, and drink plenty of water will help you to boost your metabolism.
