You may be thinking to yourself "but its not me, its my mate!" It may seem this way but sometimes it can be hard to see that you have changed yourself, and small things that are different about you might really bother your spouse.
- So take a look at the issues inside you and make the change. Think hard if your mate has said something about you has changed, and try to change it for the better.
- Communicate with your mate, this is so important! Lack of communication can really take its toll on the marriage. The best thing you can do to help with marriage problems is to ask your mate how he/she feels. You may be alarmed how you spouse opens up to you if you just display to them that you care.
- Do something together that you both like! If you are not spending time together then how do you expect to have fun? Things were exciting when you and your spouse first met right?
You have to bring back this feeling of joy so things don't get boring. Most people don't enjoy boring predictable patterns, mix things up a bit and get a rise out of your partner!
