1.Be honest about your appearance, achievements, anything you write in your profile should be an honest representation of you. After all you would expect the same and if you are planning to meet the truth will come out.

3.If you have children you can say so, but make sure you don't just write about how your kids are your life and make your profile just about them. While it's a great that you are a proud parent, also remember to focus your profile mainly on you, prospective dating mates may wonder if you have time to even date and it could potentially scare someone away.
