1.Make sure you eat your breakfast. Between 7 and 9am, the rate of metabolism of your body is quite high. If you eat breakfast, the food easily digests and your have enough energy for the day.

2.Make sure you dont eat dinner late. After 7pm, the rate of your bodys metabolism slows down and it becomes hard to digest food. If you eat after this time, it would take long for your food to digest and you would have stored up fat. You also risk having constipation and dysentery by eating late meals.

3.Drink about eight glasses of water daily. Water is very important for digestion and cleansing of your system. You need to drink lots of water to help your food digest fast and to get rid of toxic materials. Drinking water would also help you feel full so you dont over eat.

4.Exercise your body. I dont care what you do just make sure you move your body for about 30 minutes daily. You can run, swim, dance, play, jog or visit the gym. Just make sure you move; that is the fastest way to burn calories.

The four habits above do not require you to give up any meals or go into a diet plan. Its easy, healthy and fast to lose weight once you now what to do.
