The beginning of the New Year always brings about the new year resolutions. Millions of promises are made by people all around the world to improve something in their life. Some people prefer to stay on a balanced diet and venture into it to exercise routine. Whichever one you choose, simply make sure it suits your lifestyle and your goals. Secondly, decide how much weight you want to lose. Give yourself a goal. Do you want to lose 10lbs per month? Or do you want to drop two dress sizes? Again this is up to you, but pick a goal that is manageable, challenging and exciting for you to do. If you have a goal that makes you excited then you are more likely to strive for this result. What about a reward when you reach your goal? This will help lots with your daily motivation. Your reward could be some new clothes for your wardrobe to fit your new slim figure. It could even be a short break or vacation somewhere you have always wanted to go. Think carefully about this one is your reward can have a major impact and boost your results and motivation.
