Brad Paisley Tickets - Brad Paisley Earns Teen Choice Nomination

Every year, the Teen Choice Awards seem to be the place where fresh-faced teens like Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers rule. For the 2010 Awards, which will take place in Los Angeles on Aug. 8, some veteran names were among the nominees. In the category Choice Music: Male Country Artist, country superstar Brad Paisley was among the nominees. To win, he will have to beat out Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Darius Rucker and Keith Urban.

The artists nominated in the female equivalent of that award are Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Gretchen Wilson. The final country category at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards is Choice Music: Country Group, which features Gloriana, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland and Zac Brown Band as nominees.

Brad Paisley is no stranger to receiving top honors for his music. He has won multiple Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association, Grammy and other awards in his career. Billboard recently released a list of "Country's Top 25 Artists of the Past 25 Years." Brad Paisley landed at number 20, which is quite a feat considering he didn't get his first hit until 1999. The Top Five on the list will be no surprise to any country fan, with George Strait at number one followed by Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Alan Jackson and Tim McGraw.

Part of the secret behind Brad Paisley's lasting success is the incredible live shows he puts on. Fans expect a good time when getting Brad Paisley tickets and he never disappoints. For this tour, tickets can be found online. Paisley is currently on his H2O World Tour, which has many different water-themed elements.

Even before and after the concert, fans can get in the wet and wild fun by visiting the Water World Plaza, which is sponsored by Sea Ray Boats and Skinny Water. The water theme comes from Paisley's recent hit, "Water," and Darius Rucker will be along as an opener.

Paisley's reputation as a philanthropist influenced the tour as well. His H2O tour is partnering with Hope Through Healing Hands and their Water = Hope Campaign to raise awareness and funds for clean water initiatives. Fans at his show will have a chance to be educated about the problems as well as donate. He has many dates around North America this summer, including stops in Chicago, Toronto, Dallas, Tampa many more.

Prior to his dates in North America, Paisley made a trip across the pond for performance in London on June 23 and June 24 as well as a show on Norway on June 25. While in the U.K., Paisley expressed a love for Britain, which has historically been a hard place for country music stars to find a following.

Undeterred, Paisley told the Guardian in an interview, "But these shows are just the beginning of trying to break myself there. It's a difficult process, because there's certainly not a lot of country music played on the radio, so you've gotta find some other ways [to get heard]. But, really, I won't take no for an answer from you guys."
