subject: Hair Straighteners Are Useful For Side Bangs Styling [print this page]

Side bangs are fun and playfulSide bangs are fun and playful. Though side bangs look sleek and sophisticated, they lose their impact when curly. Straightening them with a hair dryer round brush may result in with a rounded poof rather than the sleek, smooth look. It is good to use a flat iron and a smoothing gel to get pin-straight side bangs. This method is quick and simple and yields the best result.

1. To separate the side bangs, use a comb. Clip the rest of your hair out of the way in sections. So that it does not drop in the way of your side bangs as you straighten them. Apply a small amount of product into your hand and rub your palms together. Equally distribute the product to your bangs, by pulling your hands. The type of product can contain straightening cream, oil or hair grease, gel, mouse, or a specialty product that go well with your hair type. Further, you can use a product that depends on your style and budget. You need to use only small quantity as too much of any product can cause hair to appear oily or limp.

2. Pull the bangs through the flat iron in 1-inch sections, pulling the iron to the side you would like your bangs to fall on. To straighten all the bangs, repeat this step until you have used the flat iron. Ensure not to try to flatten larger than one inch sections at a time, as that could reason a build-up of steam. It also damages the top sections while not straightening the center of the bunch of hair.

Tips

Always start doing with clean, dry hair. There are lots of wet hair straighteners available. But, the steam created from wet hair can strip hair of too many oils result in hair damage and also often leads to frizz. Opt for a shampoo and conditioner formulated for straightening the hair using flat irons for the shiniest and sleekest result.
