I know you want to lose weight, I mean; everybody with some extra fat wants to lose it even if it is for health or esthetical reasons. There are several ways to lose weight but not all of them are efficient since they are thought to be for losing weight only and not to take care of a persons health. A good diet and plan to lose weight should take care of both things; losing weight and watching for a healthy organism. If you are totally decided to lose weight and you want to start doing so right now then you should follow these tips for a healthier diet and ways to avoid eating, they will help you a lot if combined with some exercise. First thing you have to do is calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate which tells you the amount of calories you need:

Body Weight [lb] x 15 + (moderate activity [mins/day] x 3.5)

After you know your BMR and since you want to lose weight then the final formula would be: BMR - 500 kcal Eat at least five times a day: People think that it is good to stop eating since few calories will be ingested, however it is proven that the metabolism reacts very well to having small portions during the day. 3 meals and 2 snacks is what I totally recommend. Exercise: It is very important to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. If you dont it would be good to do so at least 3 times a week during 1 hour and more.
