People should be more aware that hypnosis is not effective if used only for weight loss. It is more of a facilitator of various treatment techniques. Therefore, it must be combined with a scheme to be effective and get people to lose weight. This way, you'll be able to lose more weight with a mindset much more relaxed and less stressful.
