* Your short term goal could be to dig out those knitting needles, paintbrushes, or box of tools, and get to work straight away on a new project that will keep your hands busy tonight.
* Exercise goals : If you are going to supplement your local diet with boosted activity, exercise goals will help you pace yourself.
* Your long term goal might be to swim fifteen laps at least 4 times each week.
* Your intermediate-term goal might be rearranging your schedule so you have the time to add that much swimming to your exercise routine.
* Your short term goal might be joining a gymnasium which has a pool or to begin using the pool at the gymnasium you already attend.
These pointers will help you use your organizer to its fullest potential :
* Separate your goals into food, behaviour, mental, and exercise classes. Write down any steps you can think about, large or small, that you can take to reach that goal.
You can write down as many goals as you need, but recall, you do not have to work on them all right now! Your goals reflect the changes you are going to make over the following few days, weeks, months, and, in some cases, years.
* As you reach each goal, jot down the date. Doing so helps inspire you when you look back over your goals and see what you have accomplished.
Review your goals weekly to remember which areas still require work. As you get to your current goals, you may need to create fresh ones and jot them down in your goal organizer.About the Author:
