Obviously, many of you have tried at least one eating habits which was not completely effective and that was because each of you is unique and requires a diet that fits like a "glove" for the body. They say that the recipe for good results in terms of weight loss is the formula of a reduced calories diet, with little physical activity, intake of at least 2 liters of fluid each day and preserving a positive attitude, because psyche has a great contribution to your body.

Combine the food wisely: for example, do not associate bread with meat and vegetables at a meal; meat and bread are both rich in proteins and you shouldn't associate them at the same meal. Drink at least 2 liters of fluid per day, especially water. You can also drink: natural juices, unsweetened tea and skimmed milk.

Physical exercise helps you burn fats and you lose weight easier, shaping your muscles. Take a light physical exercise program to respect every day and you'll be in an excellent physical shape. If you want to practice sports activities, you can choose from swimming, aerobics or gymnastics. Fitness is recommended on your weight loss plan only after you dropped the extra pounds for muscle toning.

Mental health is the key to success! You need to have motivation, determination and alot of wheel power to get the results you want. You must think and really encourage yourself to cope with temptations. Keep a food diary that makes up the menu for the next day. In order not to be upset, you should only weight once a week and do not expect miracles in a short type.

If you are ready to fight with weight, you should add to you weight loss plan a lot of willingness, determination, understanding and patience.
