Are you ready to rumble everybody? This just in from Malibu Gym, new classes are being offered to help you get into the shape you have always wanted! Looking for some more advanced and more powerful yoga? Well look no further! With Boot Camp Power Yoga you can incorporate more advanced yoga that gives you an excellent workout! This new class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:15-11:30 a.m. with Allison as the instructor and will be running every week through the month of September!

Also, if you are looking for even more advanced yoga check out Vinyasa Yoga I-II on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00-8:15 p.m. You will be working with James who is a great instructor in the Vinyasa Yoga technique and will be teaching the class through the month of September. If you are not familiar with the Vinyasa Yoga it is characterized by the focus on a dynamic correcting posture that creates a flow between the more static traditional yoga postures. The purpose of viysa is to create heat in the body, which leads to purification of the body through increased circulation and sweating. Ashtanga Vinyasa brings in the principles of Agni and inversion to purify the entire body.
