Ingredients

1 green pepper

1 red bell pepper

1 cucumber

4 stalks celery

400 ml cold water

100 ml red wine

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic

2 hard boiled eggs

1 cup sour cream

10 pitted olives

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop on it with a spoon out the seeds. Then cut the cucumber into cubes. Chop the onion. Dispose of the peppers and their seeds are cut into cubes. Cut the celery into thin strips. Put the can of tomatoes, half the onion, half the red and green peppers and half the celery in a large bowl or in a food processor. Squeeze the garlic from above.
