Should define what are their mission, vision and goal in putting up their business.
Think of the positive outcomes in the success of their business.
Maintain professionalism yet remains the friendship in them.
Accepts criticism from outsiders.
Should have the passion of what they are doing not just because of the fact that they will earn big amount of money.
Coworkers should develop a harmonious relationship towards each other so that the business will run smoothly. Dont allow yourself to underestimate your employees if youre the employer. Instead be thankful for them for they are one of the factors that affect the growth of your business. You should give them the words of courage so that they will be more than willing to do their respective jobs. Create a well integrated person in your company so that you can assure yourself that your business will sustain long enough to compete on the business industry.
Running a business is hard but all it takes is time and effort. You dont have to expect success in your first year of managing, time will come that you will master the career of running a good business.
