subject: Two Small Men With Big Hearts--------consumer Alert!!!!!!!!! [print this page]

We at Two Small Men With Big Hearts Alberta feel it is our responsibility to inform the

public to be aware that there are imposters quoting and booking both long distance and local moves in Alberta. We have received many complaints from customers who were under the impression that they were moving with our Award Winning team, only to find that when the movers arrived they were not employed or associated with our office. Nor were they directed to provide service by our company. In some cases, when the person called to confirm their move with our office and thought they had reached our 1221 45th Avenue N.E. location in Calgary they were being deceived and misled. They were actually speaking with people who are not even located in Calgary.

If you are dealing with any of the following people: Glen Buckler, JohnWillowby, RosarioBolero, Tracey, Dave or Phil Cooutens then you are definitely not in contact with our office. You will NOT be getting the Award Winning quality of service that you deserve and should be receiving from the original staff of Two Small Men With Big Hearts. Customers in the past have congratulated our staff of the quality of service they experienced and in turn continue to refer their family, friends and colleagues. It is very disheartening to learn later that their referral and recommendations were futile. We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and have done so for many years. We take great pride in the service that we provide and have received many Awards to date based on the quality of service TSM staff provides.

We have received phone calls and written correspondence from persons who are upset with being lied to and taken advantage of: for example, Miss McNeil writes: that she spoke with Glen Buckler on the phone, who sent an estimator to her home and he provided an hourly rate and estimated the move would take two to three hours. When the truck showed up it had a totally different logo on the side of it and when she questioned the driver, he informed her that they were agents for Two Small Men With Big Hearts (DEFINITELY NOT TRUE) When she queried the driver as to the signage on his truck stating that they were TWO SMALL MEN WITH BIG HEARTS, he was unable to explain. This company added our name to their truck without authorization. Miss McNeil goes on to say things went from bad to worse. She was charged an outrageous dollar amount for the little work performed by those movers. Eventually, had to move the rest of her household belongings by herself.

According to the customer complaint file that we have compiled while trying to assist these unhappy victims you may or may not even get a truck showing up for the scheduled move. Mr. Greenwood has expressed his concerns regarding this issue. He advised our office that the individual namely, Dave , who apparently represented himself as the manager of the Calgary office neglected to provide a truck after booking a move for his family. Needless to say another deceitful and unsavory practice by the gentleman named above. TSM was able to provide staff and a truck for the Greenwood family move that day. The family expressed their thanks and commented on our company providing a pleasant experience at a very stressful time.

We have many of these complaints in a file and they basically all refer to the same type of shoddy workmanship, over priced, uncompleted moves.

To summarize: CUSTOMER BEWARE OF IMPOSTERS!!!!!!!!

Please, do not allow yourselves to be deceived or misled by these

imposters.
