Make sure that your diet includes a lot of foods that contain a lot of water. These foods would be things like watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. These are all a good source of vitamins and provide plenty of hydration for your body.
Do your best not to drink fruit juice. Fruits already have natural sugars in them, and when made into a juice they add even more sugar. Plus, if you eat a lot of fruit you are also adding more fiber to your diet.
Speaking of fiber, you should increase your fiber intake when you are trying to loose weight because your body also needs a lot of fiber; this is why both fresh fruits and vegetables are always recommended on a diet.
When you eat, make sure that you eat with intelligence. That is what sets us apart from the rest of the animal kingdom. Other animals eat out of instinct and survival, but we choose to eat certain things. It is important that you do not eat something just because you feel like doing so. You should ask yourself if your body really needs what you are thinking of eating.
