subject: Take Charge Of Halloween With An Iron Man 2 Costume -- Here's How [print this page]

You can bet that IronMan 2 Halloween costumes are going to be huge this Halloween. Halloween is fast approaching and if you plan on going to a Halloween party as Iron Man 2, or if your child loves Iron Man and wants to go trick or treating as Iron Man 2, it is important to do some planning now so you aren't left out. Here's some ideas for you to toy with.

It is important to distinguish if the costume is for an adult or if it is for a child. An adult who is going to be wearing their superhero costume to a party, or maybe costume day at work, has slightly different needs than kids who are out wandering the neighborhood, particular when it comes to safety.

Kids costumes need to give them a little more freedom to move, as well as good visibility. They're likely going to be walking around the streets in the dark, so they need to be able to see what's around them, and the cars and other people need to be able to see them clearly.

If the costume is for kids, it's a good idea to get one that's large enough for them to wear warm clothing underneath. You should also consider a child costume that is large enough to accommodate a sweater underneath it. No one wants to see IronMan wearing a sweater on top of his suit.

A fun idea with the Iron Man 2 costume is to organize a group theme around the movie. You might have someone dressed as Tony Stark without the costume, someone else as War Machine and another as Black Widow. You are not stuck with everyone going as a group of Iron Men. You have a lot of choices to put together and Ironman group theme.

Here's a great idea... how about throwing a Halloween party with a superhero theme as its basis. You want to give your guests the choice of choosing from more than one superhero (other than just Iron Man) since there have been some really cool superhero movies released recently. But, no doubt, Iron man will be a big star since it was such a blockbuster movie.

Will you buy or rent the costume. You've got a choice to make. Renting a costume sometimes means the quality of the costume will be better than the one you could buy for a comparable price. I am a bigger fan of buying over renting. Why? I don't like the idea that I am wearing used clothing that someone else has been partying in.

It really does pay off to shop around before making a decision. You can find shops in your area that are dedicated to costumes. Watch out though, they are often packed during the Halloween time of year. There are incredible choices in costumes online. Better selections than you can find locally and you can get free overnight shipping and free returns.

Watch out for bargain or cheap costumes. Remember, you get what you pay for. Some of the better online retailers will let you check other customer reviews so you can see what others say about the quality. The quality is often not very good on cheap costumes, and they may not hold up to normal wear and tear very well. With your children, remember that they will often fall in love with the costume and want to wear it often and not just on Halloween.
