Brad Paisley Tickets - Paisley Takes His Party To No. 1 On 'time' Compilation

As the reigning Male Vocalist of the Year for the Country Music Association (CMA) Awards, Brad Paisley has spent most of 2009 on top of the entire country music industry. He's become one of the hottest touring acts of the entire year, and Paisley has taken his signature style of music, featuring clever lyrics and smooth vocals, to the big time, with his huge feat not going unnoticed.

At the end of December every year, Time magazine puts out numerous Top 10 lists, including a Top 10 of the best albums of the year. This year, Brad Paisley's American Saturday Night took top honors as the best album of 2009, beating out Dirty Projectors' Bitte Orca (No. 2), Mastodon's Crack the Skye (No. 3), Miranda Lambert's Revolution (No. 4), Phoenix's Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix (No. 5), The-Dream's Love vs. Money (No. 6), Raekwon's Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, Pt 2 (No. 7), Grizzly Bear's Veckatimest (No. 8), the Avett Brothers' I and Love and You (No. 9) and Lady Gaga's The Fame Monster (No. 10) as the best albums of the entire year.

Raving about Paisley's American Saturday Night album, Time claimed, "Country's most underrated star capped a decade-long run of crisp, self-penned hits with his most complete album yet. The Obama tune ('Welcome to the Future') attracted its share of ink, but Paisley's liberalism, optimism and multiculturalism fall safely within the confines of Nashville's most important ideology: commercialism."

Indeed, Paisley's self-written tracks in American Saturday Night show musical maturation from his previous albums and create an air of importance for social and political happenings like never before. Casting a backward glance at how far Paisley has come this decade, the cowboy hat-wearing crooner has most certainly made leaps in the music industry, especially thanks to popular songs like "Welcome to the Future" and "Then," two of American Saturday Night's most prominent tunes.

Paisley's recently-released album has sparked the mega-popular American Saturday Night Tour, and Brad Paisley tickets have sold even more rapidly for this current tour than they did for his previous Paisley Party Tour, which wrapped up earlier this spring.

While 2009 has perhaps been Brad Paisley's best year on the country music scene, the witty songwriter and acclaimed vocalist is no stranger to the spotlight. Paisley has been a wiz at the guitar since first picking up the instrument at age eight, and he made his first public appearance in church at age 10. Using music as an outlet, Paisley took his own advice in the recent hit song "Start a Band" and assembled his first music group the C-Notes at age 12.

Eventually, Paisley made it on the radio in Wheeling, W.V. as part of the WWVA broadcast Jamboree USA, and he was soon playing music as an opening act on the country music circuit. In 1999, Paisley made his grand debut onto the scene in Music City, releasing his first album Who Needs Pictures to critical acclaim. With lead singles "He Didn't Have to Be" and "We Danced" shooting straight up the country music charts to No. 1, Paisley was quickly on his way to Nashville stardom, and the hits haven't stopped rolling ever since.

American Saturday Night, Paisley's most recent release, celebrates American diversity and pop culture to the max, scoring the No. 1 slot on the Billboard charts upon release. Lead singles "American Saturday Night," "Then" and "Welcome to the Future" have propelled the album along proficiently, and with Time magazine calling it the best release of the year, Brad Paisley and fans certainly have something to smile about this holiday season.
