Diet is the most important factor that influence one's health. Having healthy low fat recipes is always necessary for a person to maintain a healthy body and lifestyle.

But most people these days prefer fast foods instead of a healthy meal. This is because of tight working schedule of working professionals, or may be due to tastes of different people. But we all know that cooked food including rice, vegetables, salads, are the best diet for all age groups.

Nowadays most of the small children have almost quit eating a healthy diet, and are completely dependent on fast food, noodles, and packaged food. These kind of packed food are actually junked food, and is very very harmful for our body. Healthy meal includes more of green vegetables and fruits instead of fast food.

We must prefer more of fruit juices instead of soft drinks and beverages as these too contains several harmful chemicals. Today children are taught unhealthy eating habits from their parents, and this is leading to climbing obesity and health issues for even young children.

If a person strictly follows a healthy diet, he will be far more healthier than those who eat fast food all the time. A lot of people throughout the world are either suffering from heart disease, or from a variety of other diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure etc. Irregular and improper diet is the main cause behind it. People suffering from such diseases must follow a strict rule of a healthy diet including more and more fruits and vegetables.

Switching to eating a healthy diet does take some time and adjustment, but in the end you will find it is quite certainly worth it. We are entering an age where our children will be suffering and dying from diseases before their parents pass on, and the fact of the matter is, it's all preventable. Adopting healthy eating habits yourself is the best way to ensure your children will make the right dietary choices as they grow up. So it's not only your own health, but your children's health that you must be mindful of.

There are many working professionals and busy parents that can fit healthy eating into their schedule, so there should be no excuse why you can't do the same.
