You only have to buy your food, which equals five meals per day.) I sent her some coupon links and codes and she later called me and said that they were not working because they were not subtracting any money off her total.
Of course, I wanted to remedy this situation right away, so I went over and checked out the problem (which became apparent pretty quickly.) She was only using the links without entering the promo code. In order to get the savings (which is usually well over $50), you have to enter the code into the very bottom of the first screen at check out (after your contact and shipping information). Specifically, the little rectangular box is in bold letters and says "coupon code," with a blank space beside it. This is where / when you should enter the corresponding one or two word phrase given. Once you do, the next screen will show that a sizable amount has been deducted from your order.
I'll bet this happens a lot which is a real shame. Just using the links, but then forgetting to input the promo wording will probably not save you any money.
It took about 30 seconds for me to fix this problem and recalculate her order to obtain her savings.
