It is a festival that features several films in various schedules, and screen rooms, all of them free or for reduced prices. The tickets are available to everyone that wishes to participate and sections are usually continuous and often concomitant, thus making the public be directed to a genre they like best or making the most adventurous viewers choose to give a try to genres that they do not know very well.
Because of this reason, many of the famous directors do not accept the short films as a part of the mainstream films. But even so the short films are getting very popular, especially among the new directors as there is no better way to experiment with a new concept and story in limited budget.
