This is the Antioxidant Diet PlanThis is the Antioxidant Diet Plan. If you follow it correctly you can lose 1 Lb. Per Day.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Drink 4 glasses of chaga antioxidant tea per day.

You can add herbs, salt, pepper, diet sugar, lemon, vinegar, worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods.

Chaga is as well Herbal Appetite Suppressant.

*if you take appetite suppressant then DO NOT Drink Coffee

(Warning Note: Don't do both, you can over stimulate!)

DAY 1

BREAKFAST

Chaga tea with sugar substitute & 1/2 grapefruit or 1 orange

LUNCH

any amount of lean beef, chicken or fish + tomato salad

DINNER

broiled fish + tomato and lettuce salad + grapefruit or melon

DAY 2

BREAKFAST

Ch.tea with sugar sub & 1/2 grapefruit or 1 orange

LUNCH

any amount of fruit salad + Chaga tea

DINNER

hamburger (without bread) and all the cooked vegetables you love

DAY 3

BREAKFAST

Chaga tea with sugar substitute & 1/2 grapefruit or 1 orange

LUNCH

tuna salad + grapefruit or melon

DINNER

2 lean pork chops + mixed green salad + Ch.tea

DAY 4

BREAKFAST

Chaga tea with sugar sub & 1/2 grapefruit

LUNCH

3 oz. boiled pumpkin + 1 toast + 2 eggs + cottage cheese + Ch.tea

DINNER

chicken ( boiled or grilled w/o skin ) + green pepper or spinich

DAY 5

BREAKFAST

chaga tea with sugar substitute & 1/2 grapefruit

LUNCH

1 toast + all the dry cheese you want + spinich

cooked veggies or green salad + broiled fish + 1 toast
