What is this program?

The DEFL 2.0 program is based on the expertise of Dr Kareem Samhouri, a doctor of physical therapy and an expert in metabolism boosting and fat burning workouts. This is how this program works: doing short and intensive workouts that are mostly made up of multi-jointed strength exercises.

Most of the exercises require minimal equipment: dumbbells, a stability ball, and a medicine ball. I do the home workouts with just dumbbells and a stability ball. I use a dumbbell instead of a medicine ball. Naturally, if you have access to a gym, then you have all the equipment at your disposal.

All of the workouts are shown in video which can be downloaded to your ipod or computer. You get over 600 different exercise videos in which Kareem Samhouri shows you how to do each exercise perfectly for maximum effect.

Due to his expertise in physical fitness and workouts, you can expect to get excellent and fast results from this program. You do need to make an effort and be sure to stick to the plan. However, if you're committed, you will get results. I am sure of that.
