If you don't want to feel hungry, you are going to have to be eating more fruits and vegetables. Foods like oatmeal are low calorie and will stay with you longer than other things.

Be careful about calories that are in drinks. It's very easy to get too many calories in your diet this way. You have to be careful with things like fruit juices and alcohol.
