Here are a few tips that have helped me along the way. It is very important to eat 5-6 small meals a day in order to keep your metabolism running. The less you eat the more your metabolism will slow down causing you to gain weight. When you go out to eat just cut the portion in half in order to maintain your 5-6 small meals per day. Walking or jogging is also very important!
Today is the first day of the rest of your life so what are you going to do different? If you want things in your life to change then you have to do things you have never done, but if you like where your at then don't change anything and you will keep getting those results. Life is what you make of it and nobody else can do this for you.
