subject: Is Master Cleanse An Answer To Infertility Problems? [print this page]

The Master Cleanse also known as the Lemonade diet is known for its various benefits to the human body. Not only does it help flush out the toxins in the body but the method is also a fast and very efficient way to lose weight. In fact, it has been greatly advertised by some celebrities including Beyonce Knowles.

Aside from flushing toxins and harmful elements in the body's systems, Master Cleanse can prevent dreaded disease like cancers especially colon cancers because of the effective and capabilities in detoxifying. This detoxification method cleanses out harmful chemicals that will lead to major health problem and might lead to death. This procedure also helps in shedding off some pounds in ten days ritual. Because of required eight to ten glasses of water daily and minimal intake of solid foods, lots of persons who underwent this cleansing way claimed that there is a big difference with their weight, body lightness and skin texture and smoothness.

Given all these positive statements, there are also some who even reports that the Master Cleanse could be a possible solution to fertility problems. Moreover, medical experts' beliefs regarding this theory are still divided. In this light, it cannot be said outright that Master Cleanse is an answer to fertility issues. However, both sides of the field offer viable points. Given this, below are the arguments posed by those who agree with the idea and those who do not, so you can decide for yourself.

Those who Agree. The point of argument is that dangerous substances make up most of the foods we eat nowadays, which could affect body system functions greatly. This includes reproduction. Thus, when the body is cleansed, it could have a positive effect in an individual's fertility. By eliminating unhealthy body hormones that complicates body functions, the body can be refreshed and function well yet again.

Those Who Don't Agree. For those groups who do not agree in the ability of Master Cleanse in solving fertility problems, they claim that it is not a health and safe procedure to go through. Within just the ten days of doing the process, harmful side effects could manifest. Others even claim that some longer term side effects could be experienced, too, when a person has undergone the Master Cleanse Diet.

Whatever you choose to believe, keep in mind that there are already health care professionals who specialize in fertility cases. However, if you do decide to take up the Master Cleanse method, make sure that you do so with the approval of the doctor. Although the process is capable of flushing out bodily toxins, it does subject the body to unnatural conditions.
