To finish it all go to your local rental store to get the tables and chairs, plus all the settings and possibly even a wedding arch to complete the setting. For the table you could get some fake flowers or go to the florist for real ones and put them in varied containers to decorate the table. You can print lovely professional place cards and invitations at home if you have a good printer and some heavy card stock.
