Incidentally, the gluten free, diabetic,and vegetarian plans are considered to be a basic plan. They are the same price as the 5 plus 1, which is the $299 before coupons.
Price Of The Enhanced Meals Package: Basically, the enhanced package is very similar to the 5 plus 1 plan, but the company's super omega 3 supplements are added to support a healthy heart, skin, and nails. Right now, the cost of this one is $327.50 for a month's supply.
Pricing On Medifast Momentum Metabolism Boosting Package: The momentum products are designed to boost your metabolism, and the amount of calories and fat your body is able to burn. They contain 100 mg of caffeine and 90 mg of the green tea antioxidant EGCG. These products come in the form of flavor infusers (sort of like crystal light) cappuccino, banana shakes, and chai lattes. In addition to the basic five plus one monthly package (which includes the shakes, bars, oatmeals, eggs, soups, puddings, etc.), you're given enough metabolism boosting extras to last a month. As of this writing, the cost of the momentum package is $353.50.
Varying Cost Of Lean And Green Meals: While on the diet, you'll supply one "lean and green meal" on your own each day. This basically is some form of lean protein and veggies. The cost of this really depends on you and how elaborate you want to get with this.
Medifast Coupons, Specials, Discounts, And Deals: One great thing about this diet is you rarely have to pay full price.
